Getting Started — Step by Step

Follow these steps to set up your agency and start managing candidates.

Register Your Agency

Go to opportunityhunter.online/signup. Enter your OEP license number — it will be verified automatically against the Pakistan BEOE database. Fill in your agency details, select services, upload your logo, and choose a plan.

Get Approved

Our team reviews your application within 24 hours. You'll receive confirmation via WhatsApp. Your custom landing page at opportunityhunter.online/your-agency goes live automatically.

Log In to Your Dashboard

Go to opportunityhunter.online/login. Enter your registered email or phone number, then your password. You can also use Google login or WhatsApp OTP.

Add Your First Candidate

From the dashboard, click Candidates → Add New. Fill in the candidate's name, phone, passport, skills, and documents. You can also use AI CV Scanner to auto-fill from a photo.

Track & Manage

Update visa status, record payments, schedule appointments, send WhatsApp updates, and generate reports — all from your dashboard. Share the tracking link with your candidates so they can check their status anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?
Go to Login, enter your email/phone, and click "Forgot Password". You can also contact us on WhatsApp for manual password reset.
How do I add more staff members?
From your dashboard, go to Staff → Add Staff. Enter their name, email, phone, and role. The number of staff you can add depends on your subscription plan.
How do I send bulk WhatsApp messages?
Go to WhatsApp in your dashboard. Select candidates, choose a template or write a custom message, and click send. Bulk WhatsApp is available on Pro plans and above.
Can I use the app on my phone?
Yes! Opportunity Hunter CRM is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open it in your phone browser and tap "Install App" to add it to your home screen. It works offline too.
How do I export my data?
From any list view (Candidates, Payments, etc.), look for the Export button. You can export to CSV or PDF. Export is available on Starter plans and above.
How do I share tracking with candidates?
Share the link opportunityhunter.online/track with your candidates. They can enter their tracking number to see their current status — no login required.
How do I upgrade my plan?
From your dashboard, click the Upgrade button or go to settings. Select your new plan and follow the payment instructions. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
How do I delete my account?
Go to opportunityhunter.online/delete-account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
What happens if my plan expires?
Your data is preserved for 30 days. You can still log in but certain features will be limited. Renew or upgrade your plan to restore full access.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use multi-tenant architecture, encrypted databases (Supabase), HTTPS, and bcrypt password hashing. Read more on our Security page.
