Terms of Service

By accessing or using Opportunity Hunter CRM (the "Service"), a product of 296 Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including recruitment agencies, staff, agents, employers, and candidates.

Opportunity Hunter CRM is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for overseas employment and recruitment management. It provides tools to:

• Manage candidate profiles, documents, and recruitment pipelines
• Track visa processing, payments, and appointments
• Communicate with candidates and employers via integrated messaging
• Generate reports, invoices, and receipts

We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time to improve the Service.

To use the Service, agencies must register and be approved by our team. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information (including valid OEP license details where applicable)
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The Service is offered under various subscription plans (Trial, Starter, Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise):

• Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
• Plans have usage limits (candidates, staff, storage) as displayed in the app
• Access to features may be restricted based on your plan tier
• Upon expiry, access may be limited until renewal

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Upload false, forged, or misleading documents or candidate information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other agencies' data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of candidate and employer data you upload
• Obtaining necessary consent from individuals whose data you store
• Complying with applicable overseas employment and data protection laws

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the property of 296 Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as WhatsApp, Supabase, Vercel, and government verification APIs). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 296 Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy and on our Delete Account page.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
